Nikolaj Pavlovich Zakharov

Zakharov graduated from the Moscow opera studio in 1949. First, he was a soloist of the Russian Folk Song Choir of the All-Union Radio. Then he became a soloist at the Moscow Philharmonic.

Later, he was a comprimario at the opera in Saratov, then in Odessa, and finally at the Bolshoj from 1952 to 1955 and again from 1957 to 1972.
