Giuseppe Taormina

A native of Palermo, Sicily, he emigrated to the USA as a young voice student. According to his own website, he was accepted into the Met's Young Artists Program; however, the Met Archives don't know of any Giuseppe Taormina performances at all. He claims to have sung operatic performances at venues such as the Philadelphia Opera and the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, NYC. Anyway, he soon built a quite successful career as a party and event tenor for the rich and powerful. He also made a few self-produced CDs (with synthesizer "orchestra").
