Mr. Jacocks contacted me a while ago. He gave me his website (now long defunct, along with his career)
and invited me to go there to hear him. He even proposed to send me a CD of his voice so that I
could listen to a real dramatic tenor. I listened to him on the site and got frightened.
His operatic
career, however, was soon over: on his website (as long as it existed), the last news dated from 2006 (his debut as Pollione). He was 35 then...
This site also listed some more repertory: Radames (2005), Robbins (2002), Manrico (2004), Herodes (2006), Ismaele
(2004).
That was not complete since he also sang Otello somewhen, somewhere, somehow. He then worked as voice teacher (oh well...), and he also wrote some books, not only on astrology, but also on –
belcanto, of all things.
