Joseph Wolverton

US-born Joseph Wolverton won the Pavarotti Competition in Philadelphia in 1988. For the next more than 25 years, he would sing roles like José, Cavaradossi, Pinkerton, Faust, Werther, Duca, Nemorino or Manrico, later also a lot of Pollione (the latter obviously with mixed results), in places like Washington, Seattle, Brussels (Théâtre de la Monnaie), Barcelona (Liceu), Hamburg, Malmö, Dallas, Fort Worth, New Orleans, Bergen and so on.
