Georges Voisin

Georges Voisin was an eminent record collector, one of the foremost authorities on French singers (this website owns him a lot) – and (having even studied with Beniamino Gigli) an absolutely remarkable tenor himself. However, he decided to remain, as such, an amateur, and spent his professional life in the travel industry. Certainly a loss for the operatic world.
