Enrico Trentini
He was born into a very poor family and was forced to work so as to pay for his singing lessons, which he started very young. He made his debut in 1908 at the Sociale in Crevalcore in Cavalleria rusticana and Pagliacci. His career developed mostly in minor houses and came to a temporary halt during the First World War.
